People are being paid right now for sharing what they know. In workshops. At conferences. Inside companies. At community events and local organizations. Not because they are performers, and not because they are speakers. Because they know something that makes other people better at their work.

The process behind 400+ keynotes, for organizations including Google, McDonald's, Visa and Amazon

Ordinary people, paid for what they know

$2,000

A nurse with fifteen years of leadership experience, training new managers at a hospital system.

$5,000

A financial planner running a corporate workshop on the retirement mistakes he has watched families make for twenty years.

$50

Someone who worked out how to win six competitive fellowships, charging her classmates to sit in a library and learn her process.

None of them woke up one day and decided to become a speaker. They said, I can help people with this.

You do not have to want to be a speaker

This is not about standing on a stage so people clap. If that happens, good, but it is not the point. You already share what you know for free. In meetings, in mentoring, in the call you take at nine at night because somebody is stuck.

Getting paid for it does not change what you are doing. It changes the scale. Instead of helping one person at a time, you help a room. The keynote is simply the most effective way to do that, which is why it is the name. It is the vehicle, not the goal.

What is actually stopping you

It is not talent. It is not readiness. It is not credentials. It is that you have too much to say and no frame to organize it. You have opened blank documents and closed them again. Nothing felt right, so you put it off.

You are not missing expertise. You are missing the frame.

How it works

01

Answer the questions

Eight sections, asked one at a time, built on the process behind more than four hundred keynotes. You answer in your own words. When an answer is thin, the coach asks about the specific thing you said rather than moving you along. When you get stuck, you say so and get unstuck.

02

Stop whenever you like

Everything saves the moment you write it. Close the tab, come back next week, and you land on the exact question you left. Along the way you earn cards built from your own words that you can share.

03

Get your three documents

Generated from everything you said, then checked before you ever see them. Nothing in them is invented. Every word starts as something you said.

What you walk away with

Your core insights

Twelve to fifteen of your strongest ideas, each with a title and a real explanation. The reframes, the things you know from experience that most people have not worked out yet. This becomes the source material for everything else you write and say.

Your program description

Two versions, a full one of 500 to 750 words and a short one of 150. This is the document that gets you hired when you are not in the room. Ready for your site, for applications, for the email someone forwards to the person who decides.

Your keynote outline

A three act structure that organizes your stories and your frameworks into a talk that moves. Not a script. A structure you can rehearse from, deliver from, and keep refining.

This is for you if

  • You have spent years building expertise that helps people, and you would like to be paid for more of it.
  • You have never pictured yourself on a stage and you are not sure you want to be. You are here because getting paid for what you know sounds worth understanding.
  • You have been giving it away free in conversations, in meetings, in mentoring, and you have started to wonder what it looks like at a bigger scale.
  • You have something valuable and cannot describe it in one sentence yet.

This is not for you if

  • You want someone to do the thinking for you. You bring the honesty. The process does the rest.
  • You are looking for a quick hack. This asks for real answers.

People who have already done it

Within two weeks of working with him, I got two inbound leads for international speaking gigs. I've never had any inquiries for international speaking gigs until I worked with him. He gets my highest recommendation.
Terry RiceAI Trainer
I couldn't see a path to keynote speaking. Antonio helped me see that path. He helped me realize what parts of my expertise would make sense as a keynote.
Lex RomanNewsletter Publisher
The biggest help for me was really structuring this big idea I had had for a really long time. I did not know how to get from A to B. Highly suggest working with him. I would do it again.
Chad WarnerInsurance Industry Executive
What I really needed was that dynamic one hour keynote. I just delivered my keynote for the first time to a room full of amazing people, and the reviews were awesome.
Eric ReckerDentist
I came to Antonio with a solid message, but he helped me turn it into an experience. He didn't rewrite my story. He helped me refine it, clarify what mattered most, and build the kind of confidence that comes from preparation.
Robbie YoungCredit Union Executive
Like a great reporter, he asks amazing questions that allow you to naturally share both your personal story as well as your professional experience. He creates a finished product that is moldable and adaptable, but also very structured.

The refund promise

I want you walking out of this with a keynote, not a refund. So here is the deal.

Take 14 days. Do the work. If you built the thing and it still was not worth it to you, show me what you made and I will refund you in full.

The only thing I ask is that you actually showed up. That is fair to you and it is fair to me.

Antonio Neves

Who built this

Antonio Neves has delivered more than four hundred keynotes globally, for organizations including Google, McDonald's, Visa and Amazon. He is an award winning journalist, formerly of NBC, PBS and MTV Networks, and a bestselling author.

His work for decades has been helping people find the story they did not know they had and turn it into something that moves a room. This is that same process, the one he uses with private clients, built so you can go through it yourself.

Questions

Does this only work for keynotes?

No. The same three documents work for workshops, trainings, webinars, community events and anywhere else you stand in front of a group. The keynote is the highest leverage format, which is why it is the name, but the output travels.

What if I do not want to be a speaker?

Good. This is not about becoming one. It is about organizing what you know so you can share it with people who need it and be paid for the value you create. Whether that ends up being a keynote, a workshop, a training or a webinar is up to you. The same three documents work for all of them.

Will it write my keynote for me?

It produces strong first drafts from your own answers. You review them and make them yours. That is the point. The best talks sound like the person giving them.

Do I need to be good with AI tools?

No. You answer questions in plain language and the process does the rest. There is nothing to set up, nothing to paste anywhere, and nothing to learn first.

Why not just do this with ChatGPT or Claude?

You can ask a chatbot for a keynote and it will write one instantly. It will sound like everyone else's, because it is built from everyone else's talks. This process is Antonio's, the one he uses with private clients, and it never writes for you. Every deliverable is built from your own answers, in your own words, so what comes out could only have come from you.

How long does it take?

The eight sections take a few hours of honest thinking. You do not have to do it in one sitting. Every answer saves as you go and you come back exactly where you left off.

What if I am not sure my expertise is valuable enough?

That is the most common thing Antonio hears, and it is almost always wrong. The thing you could talk about for an hour without notes is usually the exact thing somebody else has been stuck on for months.

How do you structure a keynote speech?

Three acts. Where things are now, what breaks that open, and what becomes possible. Most advice you will find online stops at 'strong opening, clear middle, memorable close,' which is true and useless. The work is deciding which of your stories carries which act, and that depends on what you actually know. That is what the eight sections sort out.

How do I find my keynote topic?

You already have it. The thing you could talk about for an hour without notes is usually the exact thing somebody else has been stuck on for months. The problem is never a shortage of material. It is that you have too much to say and no frame to organize it.

How much should I charge for my first paid talk?

Less than you want and more than you think. A nurse training new managers at a hospital system charged $2,000. A financial planner running a corporate workshop charged $5,000. Someone teaching classmates how she won six fellowships charged $50 a head in a library. The number follows the room, not your resume.

What is a speaker program description?

The document that gets you hired by event planners, speaking bureaus, and meeting planners when you are not in the room. Somebody forwards it to the person who decides. Most are written like a bio and fail for that reason. Yours should tell a booker what changes for their audience. You get two versions, 500 to 750 words and a short 150.

Do I need to already be good at speaking?

No. This is not delivery coaching. Nothing here is about your hands, your pacing, or your nerves. It organizes what you know into something worth standing up and saying. Delivery is a separate problem and an easier one.

How is this different from a speaking course?

A traditional speaking course teaches you to build a speaking business (booking, pitching, fee negotiation, a demo reel). Build Your Keynote does one thing great: it gets what is in your head onto the page in a usable shape. If you want the business, get the course. If you cannot describe your expertise in one sentence yet, start here.

Is there an AI tool that builds a talk instead of slides?

Every AI presentation tool on the market makes slides. You give it a topic and it returns a deck. This does the opposite and the harder half: it interviews you about what you know, then organizes your own material into insights, a program description and an outline. Slides are the last thing you should make, not the first.
